1. Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).

  • Custom items (engraved/etched jewelry): Add 3–5 days for craftsmanship.

2. Free Global Shipping

We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide via Cainiao (菜鸟裹裹). Original shipping fees (had they applied) are listed below for transparency:

  • ✨ All orders ship free – no minimum spend!

  • Delivery times exclude customs delays (may add 3–10 days internationally).

  • Tracking number provided via email upon shipment.

3. Customs & Import Taxes

  • International orders may face customs fees (set by your country).

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility (we cannot prepay or estimate them).

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in transit? Contact us within 30 days for investigation.

  • Damaged item? Email photos to info@baphiajewelry.com within 7 days of delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • Sanctioned countries.

  • PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

6. Holiday Deadlines

For Christmas delivery:

  • Mainland China: Order by December 18.

  • International: Order by December 5.
