Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery (based on tracking information). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (e.g., eternity rings, bangles, engraved pieces)

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Any item showing signs of wear or damage

Refunds

  • Eligible returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (wrong or incomplete items).

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/credit card statement (processing may take time).

  2. Contact your payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing.

  • Defective or damaged items.

Note: Made-to-order items (e.g., tennis bracelets, signet rings) cannot be resized—please order carefully.

Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped).
