Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery (based on tracking information). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or personalized jewelry (e.g., eternity rings, bangles, engraved pieces)

Any item showing signs of wear or damage
Refunds

Eligible returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
